How founding employers help

Your non-binding interest becomes the evidence that unlocks real vehicles.

When a founding employer declares the potential covered lives they are exploring, that declaration — non-binding and free — becomes part of the population evidence an actuary and a regulator will want to see.

Each benefits pool has its own readiness threshold, owned by the actuary. When a pool's verified interest clears that threshold, a human on our team decides whether to begin the formal work. Nothing is automatic, and joining never creates coverage.
